Girard Ramsay, Executive Chef Peppers Waymouth Hotel, loves the fresh and boutique produce of South Australia, so much in fact it drew him here from his home halfway around the world.
The culinary pro grew up on a farm in central Canada where his family ate what they grew. It was here Girard Ramsay also developed a deep appreciation of the seasons and the fresh ingredients each can deliver on the plate.
